Cancellation
Nothing is charged when you book, so cancelling costs you nothing and involves no refund process.
The rule
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your ride. There is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken — you pay at the riding centre on the day.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your name and the date. A reply confirming it is your receipt.
Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway and as early as you can. A horse, a place in the group and a seat in the vehicle have all been arranged for you, and a phone call lets somebody else have them.
If you are running late on the day
Call rather than hope. The vehicle is collecting several hotels to a timetable and a few minutes can usually be worked around if it knows; it cannot wait for someone it has not heard from.
If the ride is cancelled
Weather, ground conditions, safety or the horses' condition can all stop a ride, and the riding centre decides that on the day.
We will offer you another day within your stay. If that does not work, nothing is owed either way — there is no payment to return.
No-shows
If nobody is at the entrance gate and we cannot reach the number on the booking, the vehicle has to move on to the next hotel. Nothing is charged for a no-show, because nothing was taken in the first place — but the place is gone for that day.
