What a reservation is

A booking on this site reserves a place on a ride. It is not a payment and nothing is charged to you online.

A reservation is confirmed when you receive your confirmation and your pickup time. Until then it is a request with a reference number on it.

What the price includes

• Return transfer between your hotel in the Side pickup areas and the riding centre.
• A riding helmet and the safety equipment for the ride.
• About one hour of guided riding.
• Instructors and guides with the group.

Photographs taken for you, food, drinks and personal spending are not included. No price is published for them on this site because none has been given to us.

What you pay, and when

€40 per rider, the same for an adult and for a child aged 2 to 10, paid at the riding centre on the day of the ride.

The figure shown to you when you book is the figure the riding centre's own system holds. If a published figure and the operator's own record ever disagree, the operator's record is the one that applies and you will be told before you ride, not after.

Pickup

Transfer is included from the listed Side resort areas. Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel and on the day's collection list, and is confirmed with your booking — this site publishes no universal pickup time because there is not one.

Please be waiting by the security barrier at the front of your hotel, a few minutes before your confirmed time. That is where the driver looks for you. The vehicle is collecting several hotels and cannot wait long at any of them.

A pickup outside the listed areas is not accepted automatically. Ask first and we will tell you whether it is possible and on what terms.

Riders, age and health

• Minimum age 2. The adult who brings a child does not have to ride.
• Not suitable during pregnancy, or with serious back or mobility problems.
• Rider suitability, including weight, is assessed by the riding centre's staff on the day against the horses available. Tell us at booking if you would like it checked in advance.
• The guide's instructions are followed throughout the ride.

Horse riding carries risk. It takes place outdoors, on uneven ground, on a large animal, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

If something changes

The route, the timing or the date may change for weather, ground conditions, safety or the horses' condition. The riding centre decides this on the day and its judgement is final.

If a ride cannot run and cannot be rescheduled within your stay, nothing is owed by either side — there is no payment to return, because payment happens on the day.

Belongings and behaviour

Bring what you need and leave valuables at the hotel. Things fall out of pockets at a trot.

Anyone whose behaviour puts a horse, a member of staff or another rider at risk may be asked not to ride. That is the riding centre's call and it will be respected.
