What we record when you book

The booking form asks for your name, a phone number, the date you want to ride, how many riders, the pickup area and your hotel, and — optionally — your e-mail, your room number and anything you want to tell us.

• Name and phone — so the riding centre can reach you about your pickup on the day of the ride.
• Date and rider numbers — so the right horses are ready.
• Pickup area and hotel — so the vehicle knows where to stop.
• E-mail, if you give one — for the written confirmation.
• Your notes, if you write any — including anything you choose to tell us about health or a child's age.

Nothing else is required. There is no account to create, no password, and no marketing box to untick because there is no marketing list.

What we record when you send an enquiry

The same, minus the booking: your name, phone, optionally e-mail, the ride you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message. It is used to answer you.

Payment

We take no payment on this website. There is no card field anywhere on it, and no payment processor involved. You pay at the riding centre on the day, so no card details ever reach us to lose.

Who it is shared with

Your booking goes to the operator running the ride and to the transfer driver collecting you. That is the point of it.

It is not sold, rented or passed to advertisers. There is no third-party advertising pixel on this site.

Analytics

We count page views and a handful of actions — a booking started, a request sent, a WhatsApp tap — using our own first-party measurement, on our own servers.

No cookies are set for it, no advertising network is involved, and no profile of you is built. What is stored is the page, the moment and the kind of action, not who you are.

How long it is kept

Booking records are kept while they are operationally needed and for the period accounting rules require. Enquiries that do not become bookings are cleared once the conversation is over.

Analytics counts are aggregate and are not tied back to a person.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with enough detail to find the booking — a name and a date is usually enough.

We will do it, and we will not ask you why.

Children

This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from one. The booking form records only the number of child riders. A child's name or age reaches the operator only if a parent chooses to write it in the notes field, and it is used for that ride and nothing else.
